There are many conflicts dominating various workplaces and more than 95% of such conflicts go unsolved. Those heart-breaking situations are often employer-employee misunderstandings, employee-employee disputes, or employee-community based disputes. For any competent worker professional satisfaction can only be achieved when there is peace with the employer, fellow co-workers and other community members. Misunderstanding with either party will automatically ignite conflicts. In this discussion, let us look at the most common causes of conflict and the techniques such conflicts can be resolved.

DURING THIS PERIOD AND POST COVID 19 PANDEMIC, A MODERN MEDICAL SCHOLAR WILL NEED TO BE UPDATED WITH THE LATEST ICT SKILLS TO MEET THE CHALLENGES OF THE PAST.
