NON-STEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS (NSAIDS)

NSAIDS:  Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are some of the most commonly used drugs either as Over the counter or prescribed medications.  with their affordability in terms of cost and availability of different types, these drugs are used to treat different medical conditions involving inflammation, fever and pain.

EXAMPLES:  Some of the most commonly use NSAIDs include but not limited to; Aspirin, Indomethacin, Diclofenac, Ibuprofen, and sometimes Acetaminophene is taken under this group although it has a slightly different classification.
