1. The roasted maize: I don't know whether in many countries maize is available especially those cold countries but here in the tropics this is one of our staple foods. And although in most case we harvest maize for posho and porridge, roasted maize is also always available especially for travelers. Our immediate glimpse may focus on the appearance but to be on the nutrition side, maize is very rich in some of most body's immediate requirements as we are going to look at them;.....................
